What you'll get
20-hour Community Breastfeeding Counselor Training. My training is less about theory and more about real life - what you need to know to help people stuff. This will be a different take on any training you have already received and prepare you to start counseling families immediately for your clinical hours.
Opportunities to gain clinical hours via teaching classes, leading support groups, answering a lactation warm line, answering questions in an online breastfeeding support community, doing donor and recipient screenings and intakes for a local community milk sharing program where I serve as a board member, as well as on your own independently supporting moms at your own pace.
Rights to teach my done-for-you prenatal breastfeeding class "Love at First Latch" virtually or in person with slide deck included.
Coaching/Mentorship via bi-weekly office hours to answer your questions and review case studies,etc. Will be recorded and sent to all students and you can submit questions ahead of time for me to answer if you cannot attend.
Resource guide to meet the 14 course requirements cost and time efficiently without physically going to college and a live google doc that is consistently updated with free breastfeeding education hours to help meet the 95 breastfeeding education hours requirement.

I have supported pregnant and postpartum families for over 15 years in the perinatal space, and just marked year 10 as an IBCLC. My passion for birth and lactation began with, my own personal experiences, birthing and breastfeeding three children, including a set of twins who weaned at over 4 years old!
I love all things birth and breastfeeding and am super passionate about health inequities in the perinatal space.
I was on the road to nurse midwifery, when breastfeeding support became my passion and I never looked back!
My husband and I have 4 boys total and a girl cat named Lilly!
Currently enjoying a slower life and my fam while pouring into my private practice and now my new baby which is building this program out and helping you to SOAR!

What are the requirements to join?
1. Must be committed to doing the work. I will provide you with opportunities as well as ongoing support, but you have to be willing and ready to show up for yourself if this is important to you.
2. Be willing to share your results and experience in the program as a case study that may be used to further shape the program for future cohorts. This may include written, audio, and/or video testimonials.
3.Be committed to protecting, and promoting human milk feeding and abide by the IBLCE Code of Ethics.
I will also continue to explore more opportunities to expose you to clinical experience and am open to ideas. This is YOUR program and I am here to serve you.
How will the program operate?
The 20 hour Breastfeeding Counselor training will be 15 pre recorded modules with the potential for 1-2 live pop up trainings. .Modules will be dripped out weekly over 7 weeks. There will be a test at the end and I will provide a deadline to complete the modules and test in order to “Graduate” together with your cohort. Yes, we are having a real graduation!
Every other Monday we will come together for a coaching call where we will review case studies as well as discuss real life situations that are coming up for you.This is where you can get your questions answered and lean on your fellow classmates and myself for support.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this program, no refunds will be provided.
When does the program begin?
We’re kicking off 9/15/25. You will gain access to the prelaunch hub where you will get onboarded. I’ll add you to a private student community and our calls will be held on google meet. Replays will be uploaded to a private program portal where your program materials will be housed.
