How To Book

1. Click to go to Wildflower Vanity to self check. (https://portal.wildflowerhealth.net/affiliate-care/661855c)  

2. Enter insurance information  

3. We will both receive and immediate email response from wildflower verifying your benefits  

4. Self book using my booking system  

5. Select type of consultation(virtual/home/office) youwish to book

6. Select Cigna  Insurance  

7. Finally, select type of appointment you require and click the Book Now button.

1. If you have not already: You will apply through the Lactation Network (https://go.lactationnetwork.com/MotherNurtureMaternity)  

2. TLN will check your benefits and we both will receive an approval or denial email; typically within 24 hours if you choose the option that your visit is urgent.  If you do not hear back within 2 days, email them with your Name and DOB to check the status of your request at care@tln.care  

3. If you are covered you will self book using my booking system.    

4. Select type of consultation (virtual/home/office) you wish to book

5. Select TLN/The Lactation Network

6. Finally, select type of appointment you require and click the Book Now button.

1. Confirm with Tricare East you have available lactation coverage.

2. If you are covered  you will self book using my booking system.    

3. Select type of consultation. NOTE: Tricare visits are for virtual and in-office only (home visits are available under Tricare).

4. Select Tricare

5. Finally, select type of appointment you require and click the Book Now button.

1. Confirm with Aetna you have available lactation benefits, especially if you have taken “free” breastfeeding classes through the company where you ordered your breast pump.

2. If you are approved  you will self book using my booking system.    

3. Select type of consultation (virtual/home/office) you wish to book

4. Select Aetna

5. Finally, select type of appointment you require and click the Book Now button.
